Deliver the material to factories
Material of tiles, clay is carried into factories by special trucks and stored in dedicated containers.
Pressing and Molding
Material of mosaic tiles is blended with several types of clays. The material is pressed and hardened in a mold with high pressure to shape in various shapes.
Glazing line
Glaze is sprayed onto tiles for decoration and additional strength. This process makes expression of tiles.
Tunnel kiln
Tiles are fired slowly at 1,260 degrees centigrade for about 20 hours. In the kiln, mosaic tiles are sintered and hardened, while glaze on the tiles are vitrified and turned into beautiful colours.
Inspection line
Inspectors check fired mosaic tiles piece by piece thoroughly to reject defective products
